Within Talpa's own production company – Talpa Productions – four highly experienced Creative Directors concentrate on the content and creative side of the in house TV productions.

With over 20 years in the Dutch TV industry, Debora Flens is already a veteran. As a producer she worked on the most high rated and some of the most controversial shows on air, including ‘Big Brother’ and ‘The Golden Cage’.
