Turkish version of ‘divided’,
Early September digital broadcaster Turkmax will start airing a daily Turkish version of ‘Divided’, Talpa’s gameshow with a twist. The broadcaster commissioned 60 episodes of the show that is produced by Endemol Turkey. ‘Divided’ is a general knowledge game show. Three absolute strangers must work together to build up a shared amount of cash. At the end of the game, the money is split into three unequal shares. Can the contestants reach agreement on who gets what, before all the money is gone? The news in Turkey follows the commission earlier this month to TV3 (Viasat) in Estonia. Turkey is the 21st country to which ‘Divided’, the format designed by Talpa’s creative department, is sold. Other territories are the UK (2nd series recently broadcast), the Netherlands, the Middle East, Hungary, Israel, Macedonia, Malta and Estonia.
