Thát's the essence of the ultimate bet between a jury of three music biz celebrities and the country's three best record producers. Top producers who have notched up hundreds of hits... scored dozens of number ones... and claim to be able to turn anyone into a star!

On Top of the Flops the jury challenges the producers to prove their claim with the very worst singers the jury can find: candidates who can't hold a tune, have no sense of rhythm and display a startling lack of charisma. Complete no-talents. Not that the candidates themselves could care less... They just love to perform anyway. And for once they don't need to worry about getting a roasting. Because the sweetest, kindest jury ever guarantees a warm, fun atmosphere... That only gets better as the candidates get worse!

The jury selects the six biggest no-talents, people they believe could never become stars. And from these 6, each of the three producers must choose two protégés. Within four weeks and with a fixed budget, the producers have to make a single and a video clip with them. As a duo. Or with the most ‘talented' of the two. With just one goal: to score a hit!

After all, the producers did claim they could make a star out of anyone...!
