On Laugh and you Lose two comedians - supported by an own audience stand each - take each other on! That'll be a laugh! Or maybe not. Because whoever laughs loses. The comedians are at their best, trying to crack up each other's audience... While the audience members struggle to keep straight faces. Because each laugh scores a point for their opponents. And he who laughs last...

Two popular, successful comedians form a team with their own section of the audience. Their goal is as simple as it is difficult: make the opponent's audience laugh at funny videos, improvisations, sketches and games, because... laughing is strictly forbidden! Every laugh a team provokes from the opposition is worth a point and whoever scores the most points wins!

Over seven rounds and a finale, the team captains battle it out. At the beginning of each round, they both select members of each others audience, trying to pick people who crack up easily... And if they pay attention, they'll soon work out who's quick to laugh! The team captains give their all in each round. But how do you go about trying to make someone laugh...?!?

The comedian with the most points at the end of the show - and his audience tribune - win a funny prize. They all get their hands on tickets for a show where finally they CAN laugh out loud as much as they like!
