In I'm Coming to Dinner the various familiar faces of the channel travel around the country as self-invited dinner guests for famous and everyday countrymen, through all the different levels of society, in search of interesting stories, lively parties - small or somewhat larger - and moves between famous and unique unknown countrymen...

Although the programme's structure is fixed, it is light-hearted, with room for depth and emotion. Good conversations alternate continually with cheerful, amusing moments and interesting stories. Sometimes their visits are announced in advance, other times they simply show up on the doorstep unexpectedly. They help their host with the cooking and, afterwards, gladly sit down to enjoy the meal...
