Viper's Nest

In an attractive mix of drama and comedy, Viper's Nest tells the compelling story of four very different women, who apparently only have one thing in common: their extreme wealth. But as life runs its course, they realize they are not so different after all.

The residents of an affluent neighbourhood are shocked yet curious when a crude singer and his vulgar, working-class wife buy a house in their midst. But curiosity wins; soon food, wine and lessons in good taste reach the front door of the new arrivals.

Slowly but surely, three women discover that a wealthy background doesn't make them all that different from the poor-wife-turned-rich. They share the same problems of loneliness and disappointing relationships. Problems that can't be solved by a new car, a Thai au pair or another shot of botox.
Soon after true friendship starts to blossom between the four women. Relationships, money, motherhood, marriage, sex and adultery: the four women discuss everything and drown their problems with many a bottle of wine.

Viper's Nest reflects the lives of all women, rich or poor. A dramatic comedy with a bitter edge.
