Renske and her boyfriend Danny leave behind their cosy, countryside lifestyle as Danny is selected to play for the top football club Heros. It looks like all their dreams are about to come true. If only! There's the paparazzi. There's the female fans throwing themselves shamelessly at Danny. And then there's the fact that another footballer's wife was murdered in their house a year ago.
Melanie just loves the press. But her husband Jeffrey is past his prime and it's difficult to keep his mind on the ball.
Fellow footballer's wife Liz has had enough of football. She wants her husband, the Heros coach, all to herself for a change. But it looks like he has just hired their new stable boy to help him avoid his own marital duties.
Meanwhile, the Young Solange takes anything from her football-playing Italian hothead... Until she finds out she could be a very successful businesswoman in her own right.
